Peniasi Dakuwaqa has agreed to join the Fiji Water Flying Fijians side for the remaining test games in Europe after he was given a chance to represent his country after knocking on selection doors for quite some time.
The Stade Francais winger who plays in the Top 14 competition has speed to burn which will be an asset to the Fiji Water Flying Fijians.
Dakuwaqa confirmed that his agent was contacted by Flying Fijians head coach Mick Byrne, and he has agreed to join the team this weekend.
He is one of the 12 to 15 Europe-based players to join the Flying Fijians as the Regulation 9 window opened yesterday.
He joins the Flying Fijians today in Georgia ahead of their upcoming Test match next Saturday at Adjarabet Arena.
Dakuwaqa is no stranger to the Fijian players in France and says he will settle in well with the team.
He aims to make the starting line-up against Georgia and prove that he has what it takes to be a Flying Fijian.
Fiji will face Georgia on the 6th of July at 4am.
