The Director of Public Prosecutions, Christopher Pryde has decided that no charges will be laid against proposed candidate of the National Federation Party, Feroz Gulam Mohammed.
Mohammed was interviewed under caution on the 15th of February this year after a complaint of criminal intimidation was lodged by the Director of the Fiji Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Commission, Ashwin Raj.
Pryde says that there is insufficient evidence to support a charge against Mohammed and therefore the docket has been returned to police.
