Following the General Elections, the New Zealand High Commissioner to Fiji Jonathan Curr has sent out his congratulations to all candidates who have earned a seat in parliament.

Curr says that he understands the hard-work that political parties and candidates had put into their campaign during the campaigning period.

Curr adds that it is pleasing to see the results that has been announced and has also congratulated FijiFirst for winning the majority of seats in parliament and forming government.

The New Zealand High Commissioner also highlighted that the Elections Office Results App was convenient in bringing the latest updated results to the people.

Curr says that Fiji is ahead of New Zealand in that term as in New Zealand people have to be glued to the television for results updates.
