Cronulla Sharks establish partnership with Fiji Police Sharks Rugby League team

The Cronulla Sharks are looking forward for the Fiji Police Sharks team to visit Australia in the future and have clinics with the NRL side.

Cronulla Sharks Recruitment Officer Grant Jones says they are very pleased to give assistance to the Fiji Police Sharks Rugby League side and is looking forward for more visits in the future.

The Fiji Police Sharks Rugby League team today received eight rugby balls and 30 official 2018 jumpers from the Cronulla Sharks Rugby League at the Police Headquarters in Laucala Beach.

This is the first time an NRL club has established partnership with the Fiji Police Sharks Rugby League team which is currently preparing for the Premier Division semifinals of the Fiji National Rugby League at Churchill Park.

Fiji Police Sharks Rugby League President Aporosa Lutunauga says this partnership is very important towards building to promote and expand the sport.

The side take on Army Rugby League side at 2pm on Churchill park this week in their bid to win it's first title since 2016.
