“We believe that the development of high quality leaders is fundamental to the creation of an economically, socially and politically successful nation”.

Those were the words of the Leadership Fiji Executive Director Sharyne Fong during the signing of their newest Gold sponsor, Credit Corporation who will be giving $10,000 per year for three years.

Fong says candidates usually come into the programme with significant knowledge in their specific areas of operation.

She says the programme will provide them opportunities to experience and understand how Fiji as a nation works through an inclusive approach.

Meanwhile, Credit Corporation Managing Director Peter Dixon says the sponsorship will allow them to join a growing band of corporate partners who have seen the positive benefits of the program in growing the leadership qualities of many potential leaders.

Dixon says the program encourages participants to become more broad minded and independent thinkers.
