Flying Fijians lock Ratu Leone Rotuisolia has been the talk of the Autumn Nations Series about his crunching tackle on Scotland’s flyhalf Adam Hastings.
Rotuisolia’s hit was described perfect legal monstrous tackle as it leaves Hastings with so much pain that he was forced off the field.
The Fiji Drua lock made his mark on his international debut and is expected to be in coach Vern Cotter’s books for this week’s clash against the world number 1 Ireland.
Meanwhile, Cotter is expected to reshuffle his backline again with Teti Tela and Ben Volavola an option at flyhalf while Filimoni Botitu is expected to be shifted to the midfield or even to the back three.
Cotter had earlier stated that they are slowly getting together but they want to get learnings from this test matches as a preparation for the Rugby World Cup next year.
The Flying Fijians will take on Ireland at 1am Sunday.
