Flying Fijian hooker Sam Matavesi says that the competition from within the team is what drives them to do better every time they run onto the field.
Matavesi says that friendly competition helps the whole team in general to work even harder in training sessions.
27-year-old Matavesi is vying for one of hookers spot in what could be his first Rugby World Cup appearance.
He also says that the match against Tonga is the last chance for Fiji to put on a performance they are happy with, heading into the World Cup.
Matavesi says that they must use the All Blacks and Wallabies match as a blueprint on how to beat Australia.
The Flying Fijians will face Tonga on the 31st of this month at Eden Park before taking on the Wallabies on the 21st of next month in their first pool match at 4.45pm.
Fiji is pooled with Australia, Wales, Georgia and Uruguay .
The Rugby World Cup will be held from the 20th of next month to the 2nd of November.
