Children aged 5-11 will receive vaccination at 5 locations in Central Division from today

Children aged 5-11 years old will be receiving COVID-19 vaccination at five locations in the Central Division from today till this Saturday.

These locations are Nehru Primary school, Nuffield Health Centre, Samabula Health Centre, Lami Health Centre and Old Navua Hospital.

The Ministry of Health says children aged 5-11 years old will require 2 doses.

The second dose will be due 6 weeks after the first dose.

The same vaccination venues will also conduct vaccination for children over 12 years old.
