Expect changes in the national 7s team for the next leg of the IRB 7s series.

This was revealed by Coach Ben Ryan during his halftime message in Fiji's 38-14 win over Uruguay.

Ryan stated that he will be forced to make changes if the players do not improve their performance in their remaining games at the USA 7s.

Fiji bounced back from an earlier 12-7 loss to New Zealand scoring six tries to beat Uruguay and proceed to the bowl semifinal where Fiji will meet Wales at 6.26 tomorrow morning.

Leo Naikasau scored two tries while Emosi Mulevoro, Benito Masilevu, Jona Tuitoga and Semi Kunatani scored a try each to give Fiji the victory.

Meanwhile in the Cup quarterfinals, defending champions South Africa looks good to defend their title after dismantling Argentina 36-0 and set up a semifinal clash against Samoa who beat Australia 12-10 in the second quarterfinal.

The semifinals will kick off at 7:32am tomorrow.

Fiji born Waisake Naholo was in top form scoring three tries as New Zealand beat England 24-7 and will meet Canada in the second semifinal.

Day three of the USA 7s kicks off tomorrow at 5.25am with the Shield semifinal.

The final will be held at 10:25am tomorrow.
