Chairman and two directors resign from Fijian Holdings Limited Board

Adrian Sofield has resigned as Chairman of Fijiand Holding Limited while Sanjit Patel and Aisea Waka Vosailagi have resigned as Directors

Fijian Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of its Chairman and two Directors.

Adrian Sofield has resigned as Chairman of FHL while Sanjit Patel and Aisea Waka Vosailagi have also resigned as Directors of FHL.

Sofield and Patel were elected to the FHL Board as Directors in October 2016 while Vosailagi was elected to the FHL Board as a Director in July 2015.

The three resignations come days after Nouzab Fareed resigned as FHL CEO.

Fareed resigned as CEO of FHL on the 20th of last month after serving in the role since February 2011.

FHL says it will announce the appointment of a Chairman in due course.
