Wallabies captain Michael Hooper will miss their final Autumn international Test match against Wales this week with prop James Slipper taking over the leadership role.
Hooper suffered a foot injury in the 32-15 defeat against England and has been ruled out for the match in Cardiff.
Slipper has won 113 caps since making his Australian debut in 2010.
The 32-year-old switched from his usual loose-head to start at tight-head for the first time in nine years at Twickenham.
Concussions had ruled out Allan Alaalatoa and Taniela Tupou with London Irish prop Ollie Hoskins winning his first Test cap against England after being called into the Wallabies squad for the first time.
It will be the second time Slipper has captained the side after previously leading the Wallabies against the USA in 2015.
Wales are also facing more injury worries with prop Will Griff John and lock Will Rowlands rated "unlikely" to face the visitors.
The Wallabies meet Wales at 5.30am Sunday
In other Test matches, Scotland will face Japan at 1am Sunday, Fiji will face Georgia at 2.30am Sunday, England will take on South Africa at 3.15am Sunday, the All Blacks meet France at 8am Sunday and Ireland will play Argentina at 2.15am Monday.
