CFL begins changes on radio frequencies to 5 stations

Changes to frequencies of the five radio stations of Communications Fiji Limited has started to take place in phases around the country.

Under the National Spectrum Decree, all radio stations have to change to reallocated frequencies decided by the Communications Ministry.

For CFL, while the deadline is next Friday, changes have already started.

For Legend FM, listeners in Rakiraki will have to turn their radio dials to 99FM while those staying in Ba will have to tune in to 98.4FM.

Meanwhile for Savusavu, Labasa and surrounding areas in the Northern Division over the next two days they will also have their frequencies changed.

For those staying in Sigatoka, Nadi and in Lautoka, expect frequency changes early next week. We will let you know.

Meanwhile, towards the end of next week, the frequencies for those staying in Suva and the Central Division change.

We will keep you informed as all changes will take place by July 1st.
