45-year-old bus driver, Salesh Jattan who was involved in the tragic road accident at Lakena Number Two Hill in Nausori last Wednesday has been released on bail.
Jattan who lives at Narere has been told to reside at Viria in Naitasiri and to report to Nausori Police Station every Saturday.
The case has been adjourned to the 29th of this month.
Jattan has been charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing death, two counts of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm and a count of dangerous driving.
The bus tumbled down the hill causing the death of two students.
