The bus driver alleged to have caused the death of a woman following an accident in Naividamu, Seaqaqa earlier this month has been charged with one count of dangerous driving occasioning death and four counts of dangerous driving.
He will appear in the Labasa Magistrates Court today.
The bus which was carrying about 35 passengers rolled down a hill in Naividamu on the 6th of this month.
Police say the bus was parked on a hill and as a passenger was getting off, it rolled back.
The woman had sustained serious injuries and was admitted at the Labasa Hospital's Intensive Care Unit where she passed away a few hours after the accident.
