A bus driver and a checker have been released on bail after they appeared in the Nasinu Magistrates Court for allegedly being found with methamphetamine inside their bus.
Avinesh Chand and Avishek Naidu were produced before Magistrate Sufia Hamza this morning.
They have been charged with one count each of unlawful possession of illicit drugs.
The two were arrested after two plastic bags containing methamphetamine were found in their bus which was enroute to Nausori.
Police say one of the accused is from Nadera while the other is from Khalsa Road.
The successful arrest was made after a tip off.
The case has been adjourned to the 4th of November.
