Bruno Mars’ “24k Magic” has just been named the Record of the Year at the 2018 Grammys, one of the most highly‑coveted prizes in the business.
From the moment it was released, “24k Magic” was bound to be a smash hit, and it did not disappoint.
Mars has now been nominated for Record of the Year an incredible six times, and this is his second (and second consecutive) win.
His only other win was back in 2016 when he and Mark Ronson’s collaborative global song “Uptown Funk” was named the champion.
Bruno Mars’ song “That’s What I Like” has also grabbed the Song of the Year award at the Grammy Awards, the song performed by Bruno Mars has won Song of the Year and Best R&B Performance.
Ed Sheeran’s “Shape of You” won the best pop solo performance and best pop vocal album was also awarded to Ed Sheeran for the song “Divide”.
