Flying Fijians forward Semi Kunatani believes their natural talent is their biggest strength but they will have to stick to their structure if they are to have a successful Rugby World Cup campaign.

Kunatani says they must choose the right moment to use their natural game such as offloads and not let their judgment get the better of them.

The Olympic Gold medalist also says they must match the intensity of the Tier 1 nations if they are to challenge the Wallabies in their first pool match.

He says that he is looking forward to building a partnership with his former sevens teammate Leone Nakarawa.

Kunatani also says he is willing to put his hands up to represent Fiji in the Olympic Games next year if his club is in agreement.

The Flying Fijians will face Tonga on the 31st of this month at Eden Park before taking on the Wallabies on the 21st of next month in their first pool match at 4.45pm.

Fiji is pooled with Australia, Wales, Georgia and Uruguay .

The Rugby World Cup will be held from the 20th of next month to the 2nd of November.
