Being a millionaire does not mean you are successful - Mohammed Rizwan

Students of Nakasi High School were reminded that being a millionaire does not mean that they are successful.

While speaking at the school's Annual Prize Giving Ceremony, Director of Northern Builders Mohammed Rizwan says being successful is achieving self-independence in the real world.

He told the Year 13 students who will be moving on to tertiary education that their journey has now started and the challenges that come with it will be hard.

Rizwan reminded the students that with hard work, everything is possible.

Year 13 student Smriti Smaran Lal was named the 2021 Dux after collecting the highest marks in English, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics and Computer Studies.

Isoa Rokotuisuva got the highest marks in Geography while David Tokannoka received the award for the highest marks in Biology and Agriculture.

Qalo Korosaya received the award for the highest marks in Vosa Vaka-Viti and Asenaca Naivadrakula got the highest marks in Applied Technology.
