Good news for Beachcomber Island Resort located in the Mamanuca Islands, as it will be elevated into a premier 4-star resort destination for both local and international travellers.

A total of FJD $10 million is invested in the renovation and construction of the resort, the developments will include the complete renovation of all existing rooms, upgrades to common areas, and the construction of new rooms.

Investment Fiji in a statement says the renovation process is already underway, as last year a brand-new kitchen was completed and a new 4-star menu was introduced.

The final phase will include the construction of 40 additional rooms, which is scheduled for completion by March 2026, expanding the resort’s capacity to 90 rooms.

They say with this project, a total of 50 jobs will be created once the resort becomes fully operational.
