The Vodafone Fiji Bati is likely to meet New Zealand again in the Rugby League World Cup if they beat Scotland this weekend.
With Australia looking dominant in Pool C, the Bati are expected to join the Kangaroos as the second team qualifying for the quarter finals.
Meanwhile, Panthers trio Viliame Kikau, Apisai Koroisau and Sunia Turuva were all impressive for Fiji, while Maika Sivo and Penioni Tagituimua were also impressive in both attack and defence against Italy.
The Bati will take on Scotland at 4am Sunday.
