Vodafone Fiji Bati Coach Wise Kativerata

Vodafone Fiji Bati Coach Wise Kativerata was part of the last Bati team that played in Suva in 2001, and tomorrow, the Tailevu man will be leading his side again at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva, not as a player, but as their coach.

Kativerata says it is important for him as a coach as it is his first time coaching the side in Fiji.

He says they are not here to give the game away to the PNG Kumuls.

Kativerata says they are not here to make numbers.

He adds their core values stay the same and that is to put God first in everything they do, family and then footy.

The coach says he knows the Kumuls are fired up for what the Bati did last year in the first game.

He adds he keeps reminding the team to get ready as it is going to be a good game.

Tickets are priced at $60 for Grandstand Category A, $40 for Grandstand Category B, and $15 for the Concrete Embankment/Seawall grass and Laucala Bay grass areas.

The Bati will face the Kumuls at 8.10pm tomorrow.
