Beauden Barrett has revealed the All Blacks would have let him and his brothers head home during Rugby World Cup quarter-finals week after they learned of their grandfather Ted's death.
Speaking to media Barrett said the team had been a great support to him and his brothers following the sad news.
The Barrett trio stayed to play with their team against Ireland last week in front of their proud dad.
England will face the All Blacks at 8pm tomorrow and Wales will play South Africa at 9pm Sunday.
