Former Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama has been questioned and released by investigators at the CID Headquarters.
His lawyer, Gul Fatimah says the questioning has been suspended.
He was questioned and released from the CID Headquarters on Tuesday as well.
Chief Intelligence, Investigations and Prosecutions Acting Assistant Commissioner of Police Sakeo Raikaci had earlier said that Bainimarama is being questioned in relation to a report lodged of alleged inciteful comments made in a media release.
