FijiFirst Leader Voreqe Bainimarama says that he has done more for the i‑Taukei than the whole of SODELPA together.

While addressing supporters at the FijiFirst Family Fun Day at Syria Park in Nausori, Bainimarama questioned what will SODELPA  bring for the i‑Taukei.

He says the time of inequality is gone and the good work of the past ten years must continue.

Bainimarama says that SODELPA says they are there for the i‑taukei while the NFP was formed to look after the Indo‑Fijian, adding FijiFirst cares for everyone equally.

He adds they want to win all 51 seats in this election.

Bainimarama also says that they do not want an opposition that brings inequality.

He says the people have one vote and they should make use of the vote.

Majority of the FijiFirst provisional candidates were present at the event .

Meanwhile, NFP Leader Professor Prasad says that for Bainimarama to make those comments shows the desperation of the Prime Minister.

He says that the NFP is not quiet and  for the past 55 years has lobbied for equality for everyone  and will continue to do that.

He adds that rather than making personal attacks , Bainimarama should stick to issues.

Professor Prasad claims that many of the people that voted for him in 2014, are moving away from FijiFirst and many are moving to NFP.
