Baber wants to see national 7s reps play for their clubs at the Marist 7s

Fiji 7s coach Gareth Baber says he wants to see the national 7s players play for their clubs at the 44th Fiji Bitter Marist 7s next month.

Baber says they want to see the players back with the people they have grown up with and they have played regularly with.

Baber also says that there will be a time when he will want the players to play as a team in Fiji.

48 men’s teams, 8 women’s teams and 12 Under 20 teams are confirmed for the 44th Fiji Bitter Marist 7s which will be held from the 24th to the 26th of September at the ANZ Stadium.

Top teams such as defending champions Police Blue, Police White, Tabadamu 1, Ratu Filise, Army Green and Gold and Wardens Gold have confirmed their participation.
