Given today's rapidly evolving job market, especially within sectors like business process outsourcing, adaptability and continuous learning, the Business Process Outsourcing Council in Fiji ise more important than ever.

He says education is not confined to the wall of our various classrooms at our schools and there is a need to build support, and resilience for all Fijians.
Vanawalu adds that this event has gathered students with a shared purpose to explore opportunities, foster connections and pave the way for brighter futures for all.
He says in accordance with the new directions of the coalition government, the Fiji National Education Summit that was convened last year and participants acknowledged an urgent need to reform and introduce new initiatives and interventions to restructure and reform the education sector in Fiji.
Vanawalu urged the students to remember that each interaction at this fair is a chance to learn something new in this expo.
He says these students need to engage with recruiters and company representatives who are present.
Vanawalu concluded by saying that we need to be reminded that education plays a critical role in shaping your workforce and empowering individuals to pursue their passions.
He says it opens the door to a wide range of careers and each path is unique, offering distinct opportunities for personal and professional growth.
