The Australian High Commission and Fashion Council of Fiji have will be collaborating to support the participation of student designers in this year’s Fiji Fashion Week.
The Australian High Commission will sponsor three student designers in their preparations for showing their work at Fiji Fashion Week.
The Fashion Council has facilitated the selection of the student designers, and will provide mentorship and technical assistance as they prepare to debut their collections.
Fashion Council chairperson, Faraz Ali says they are proud and grateful that the Australian High Commission who has agreed to partner with them to alleviate some of the financial pressure on student designers.
The Fiji Fashion Week will be held on the 25th to the 30th of this month.
