Australia beats England 61-45 to claim 12th championship

Australia are 12-time world champions after they fended off a fiery England side 61-45 in the final.

Australia led England 46-36 at half-time

In the bronze medal playoff Jamaica beat former world champions New Zealand 52-45, Uganda edged South Africa 49-47 to finish in 5th position, and Malawi won against Tonga 56-51 to claim 7th spot at the Netball World Cup.
