At least four people have been killed in a fire that broke out at a hotel in the Philippines' capital, while more than a dozen people are trapped inside.
Fire Marshal Jonas Silvano said the blaze was believed to have started on the second floor of the Waterfront Manila Pavilion Hotel in Manila City, where renovations were ongoing.
A rescue team found at least 19 people trapped on the fifth floor, but emergency teams were still determining how to get them out safely.
