The Toyota distributor in Fiji, Asco Motors has started a “Toyota Special Service Campaign” to identify Toyota hybrid vehicles that have defects in its Fuel Suction Plate, Charcoal Canister and Curtain Shield Airbag.
This is for Toyota Corolla/Auris, Prius, SAI and Lexus Models manufactured between 2008 to 2015.
The company had confirmed in November last year that defects found these models will be fixed at no cost by the company.
In a statement, Asco Motors says the owners of the Toyota Corolla/Auris, Prius, SAI and Lexus Models manufactured between 2008 to 2015 should contact them to identify if their vehicle is affected.
This also applies to customers who have bought Toyota Prius from other car dealers in Fiji as Asco Motors has taken full responsibility for all Prius vehicles.
