Asco Motors have launched their new Body and Paint Office at their Nabua outlet and it is the first of its kind for the company.
The new office is worth around $100,000.
Chief Financial Officer, Ronald Kumar says the reception is important to them as they did not have any dedicated body and paint reception area for their customers.
He says they have a feedback system for their customers and one thing that they identified was that while they have been improving their service delivery and infrastructure, something that was missing was a body and paint reception area.
Kumar says that the number of cars on our roads have positively increased which has created a lot of activities for the industry and as a result they have to live up to the demands of their customers.
