Unity Fiji Leader Savenaca Narube and Attorney General and Minister for Economy Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum.

Unity Fiji Leader Savenaca Narube says when he was the Governor of the Reserve Bank of Fiji in 2009, he did not work well with the interim government on two main issues.

He says the interim government wanted him to paint an optimistic picture of where the country was economically and the second was the devaluing of the Fijian dollar.

The Unity Fiji Leader says this is not the first time he has highlighted this.

While responding to Narube, Attorney General and Minister for Economy Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum says he does not know where Narube is pulling these things from.

He has also asked why Narube did not raise these issues previously.
