Army women aim to beat Police in their last pool match

Defending women's Marist 7s champion Army is looking forward to their match against the Police side in their third pool match after thrashing the USP women's team 59-0 in their second pool match at the HFC Bank Stadium today.

Army is the favourite in the women's category with most of the players from the Fijiana 7s team, while the Police women's 7s team is filled with former players from the Rooster Chicken Fijiana Drua team.

Police earlier thrashed Tagimoucia Ranadi in their first pool game by 29-5 and later thrashed Fire by 24-0.

In other women's results, Seahawks thrashed the Savusavu women's team by 31-0, FPTL Nasinu went down to the Tagimoucia Ranadi by 29-9, Seahawks beat CK EZI Buy Marist women's team by 48-0 while Seahawks 2 thrashed Savusavu women's team by 21-0 and Striders winning their second pool match against the Middle Womens Steelers by 19-5.

Other results from the U21 competition, DXC Dominion Brothers beat Delasui by 19-0, RKS Old boys thrashed Dravuni Babas by 17-0, Nabukavesi Bula Brothers lost against Seekadah Babas by 15-0, Waitabu thrashed Naweni Brothers Red Prawn by 17-5, Marist lost to Ralagi Youth by 14-12, Navakawau beats Hollingworth Ravuka Sharks by 17-7 while Vunidawa Redz beat Navala by 19-5 and Saqani Brothers beating Vueticakau team by 12-10.
