Army Commander pays a courtesy call on PM at the Office of the PM this morning

Minister for Home Affairs and Immigration Pio Tikoduadua, Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka and Commander of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces Major General Jone Kalouniwai

The Commander of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces, Major General Jone Kalouniwai paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister, Sitiveni Rabuka at the Office of the Prime Minister this morning.

Major General Kalouniwai was accompanied by the Minister for Home Affairs and Immigration, Pio Tikoduadua.

The Army Commander stressed in an interview with fijivillage News last week that the RFMF will continue to stand for democracy, the rule of law and honour the government.

Major General Kalouniwai says the RFMF has done this before, during and after the 2022 general elections.

He says they will continue to respect the democratic principles.
