Applications are currently open to designers wanting to showcase collections for Fiji Fashion Week at the Vodafone Arena this year.

There are four different runway events which include the secondary school students Designer Show, Children’s Wear Show, and two shows that feature contemporary collections in the category of Resort Wear.

Designer Relations Coordinator, Chris Vanua says they are accepting applications from established or emerging designers and there is always plenty of interest from designers based in Fiji.

He says secondary school students are encouraged to apply for the Secondary school students Show, which is the largest show attracting over 40 designers from schools across Fiji.

Designer applications close this Friday and final selections will be announced early next month.
