Another multimillion dollar investment likely for Nausori

Another multimillion dollar investment will soon take place in Nausori as the old bus stand and the river bank site is attracting a lot of interest from a number of investors.

Nausori chief, the Komai Nausori Ratu Lepani Tagicakibau, has confirmed this saying they want a development which looks attractive from the Davuilevu end of the Rewa river.

Tagicakibau says they will be finalizing a deal with an investor soon and they will also make sure that the landowners are benefitting from this development.

Meanwhile, construction work on the five storey complex at the old Nausori market site is expected to start in December this year.

Shop and Save Limited Managing Director, Babu Ratan Deo says construction work on the $40 million project is likely to finish before the end of next year.

The complex will have apartments, a cinema, conference rooms, supermarkets and 350 parking spaces.
