All schools in Fiji will officially be opened for classes tomorrow with the exception of schools on Kadavu.
All schools on Kadavu should only open at the discretion of the head teacher or school head, as assessments by disaster officials are still ongoing.
All parents on Kadavu should also use their own discretion and evaluate weather and damage conditions prior to sending their children to school.
The Ministry of Education will also be holding meetings next week to discuss a catch-up plan for schools that were closed due to the severe weather over the past two weeks.
