All Blacks fans can expect a better display from their team this weekend when they take on Argentina in round 2 of the Rugby Championship.
New Zealand assistant coach Scott Hansen says the team has discussed a response and what it needs to look like.
Hansen says many lessons had been learnt from that defeat last weekend.
He says Argentina were allowed to put pressure on the All Blacks and they did not respond well enough in that area of the field.
He adds their skill sets at times let them down, so that will be their focus.
Hansen says the All Blacks want to throw down a marker at Eden Park and they have been given an opportunity to respond so they need to make a stamp on the game.
He says they talked as a defence about the fact they need to be far better than they were as Argentina’s tries came from the All Blacks not being set defensively and they need to adjust.
The All Blacks will take on Argentina at 7.05pm this Saturday at Eden Park.
Meanwhile, the Wallabies will host the Springboks at 9.45pm this Saturday in Perth.
