Finishing the job and making it three wins from three is not something the All Blacks have been good at in the last decade, but it is driving their approach to tomorrow's Rugby Championship Test with Australia in Perth.
Having extended their hold on the Bledisloe Cup, the All Blacks have only achieved clean sweeps in three years of the last 10, which showed it was harder to do than many people expected.
Coach Ian Foster says the inability showed that sub-consciously the All Blacks did not switch well from a Bledisloe Cup series to a Rugby Championship series.
Foster says the lack of changes was due to the fact it was a Rugby Championship game.
Tomorrow's test is the first of five Tests in five weeks and the All Blacks will need a win to position themselves in the best place to win the Championship.
South Africa are currently leading the Rugby Championship series with 9 points in two games and the All Blacks are second with 5 points after playing one match.
The All Blacks will face the Wallabies at 6pm tomorrow.
