Commonwealth Games 7s defending champions New Zealand will not look too far ahead and take one game at a time.
Speaking to Legend FM Sports from Birmingham, All Blacks 7s Assistant Coach, Tomasi Cama Jnr says they were based in Scotland for the last couple of weeks, and were able to get three warm up games against the Scottish 7s team.
The former sevens play-maker says winning the Oceania 7s has boosted their confidence.
New Zealand are in Pool A with Sri Lanka, Samoa and host England.
Meanwhile, the Fiji men’s 7s team will play Zambia at 12.02am Saturday in their first pool match.
