Agriculture production and exports increased by 3% - Seruiratu

“Just seeing bullocks working on the farm does not mean that there is no agriculture revolution.”

Minister for Agriculture Inia Seruiratu stated this in Parliament today while contributing to 2018/2019 National Budget debate.

Seruiratu told the parliamentarians that they have long-term strategic plans for agriculture and the opposition needs to understand that.

Seruiratu told parliament that agriculture production and exports have increased by 3%.

The Minister for Agriculture also touched on the issue about the money allocated in the National Budget based on requisition to the Ministry of Economy.
