The Assemblies of God church believes that the name Christian does not really matter if the people do not follow the principles of God.
This is the view of the General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God of Fiji, Reverend Pita Cili when asked if Fiji should be a Christian state.
Reverend Cili said Fiji must embrace the principle of the Holy scriptures in our constitution, in our daily lives and in our social lives.
