Attorney General Siromi Turaga has reminded student leaders of Sila Central High School of the importance of assisting students when the need arises and that the powers of the leader’s badge must not be used to take advantage of students nor bully them.
While speaking at the school’s prefect’s induction ceremony, Turaga who is a former student says no matter where you are in life and regardless of your age, it can be a half time in your life – stop, reassess your life’s strategies and focus on fulfilling your purpose in life.
He has told the students create a vision for themselves.
Turaga says he had a vision when he was a student at Sila Central High School which was to be a lawyer.
He says he carried his vision throughout his secondary and university days.
The Attorney General says he protected that vision and nurtured and fed that vision and he here today because of the vision he had when he was their age.
