Divisional Police Commander Central, Superintendent of Police Farasiko Matawalu is calling on vehicle owners not to be complacent with the security of their vehicles and to secure their vehicles at all times as opportunists will take advantage of one’s laxity if they fail to secure their property.
He further says previously, officers on duty would come across vehicles with the glass down and valuables seen in clear view of passersby.
SP Matawalu urges people to work with the police by being conscious of their safety and security at all times, especially during this festive season.
