Eight people now have jobs after the opening of Rasoi Curry House at Damodar City in Labasa.
Owner, Sonia Lata Chand says she has invested about $50,000 to open the new outlet.
Chand says she decided to open the new outlet after getting demands from her customers.
She says people in Labasa can experience a different food experience as an Indian chef will be joining the restaurant soon.
Chand says people will be able to get food like aloo paratha, lassi, butter chicken and other authentic Indian food.
