It was all smiles on the faces of 500 children of six communities in Vanua Levu as they received back to school packs from Digicel for the new school year.

The school packs which includes a bag, pens, pencils, rulers, erasers and exercise books were supplied by Star Printery Limited.

Digicel teams visited affected areas in Bua, Seaqaqa, Korovuli Village, Yalava Settlement, Dama Village, Tavulomo Village, Nasarawaqa Village and Namara Settlement.

CEO, Farid Mohammed says they are aware of the struggles of the families in the cyclone-affected communities and decided to step in and help some of them in sending their children to school.
