People are drinking less grog as latest statistics received by Fijivillage from major grog dealers indicate that sales have dropped by almost 50 percent.
Two leading wholesalers and retailers of grog in the country have confirmed to us that there has been a huge decline in their sales since the curfew came into effect on the 30th of March.

Another major wholesaler and retailer in the country says their sales has also taken more than a 50% hit since the curfew started. They say they are not affected by reduced freight flights as they do not export a lot.
