Five people including two juveniles charged with the alleged murder of a 22 year old Tongan student appeared in the Suva High court today.
Nauru students Julien Henrich, Jameson Agir, Bouncer Quading and two juveniles are alleged to have been involved in a brawl outside a nightclub in Suva two weeks ago.
The five allegedly assaulted a Tongan student.
He was rushed to the hospital but he passed away.
The case has been adjourned to 6th of August as the office of Director of Public Prosecution needs more time to provide disclosures.
