The Fijian Election Office has confirmed that a total of 4,110 Election officials are yet to sign their contract.

This was confirmed by the Fijian Election Office Acting Director Strategic Development and Communications Edwin Nand who also confirmed that the contract signing deadline has been extended to the 7th of next month.

Nand says that those who fail to turn up will lose their chance as 2018 Elections Officials and this automatically lends the opportunity to those on the reserve list.

He adds that those who have been confirmed as officials have been informed via SMS and they are to check newspapers for venues they will have to visit to sign their contracts.

Nand says that up until today only 3,288 has signed their contract with FEO.

The contract signing date will be from Tuesday next week to Saturday.
