The four men charged with allegedly facilitating the export of close to $1.5 million of cocaine to Australia have been denied bail by the Nadi Magistrates Court.

They will appear in court again next Wednesday.

52-year-old Tjin Konkoen, 25-year-old Shaneil Autar and 35-year-old Rosheel Kumar all live in Lautoka while 21-year-old student Pravishek Narayan lives in Nadi.

Konkoen and Autar are self-employed while Kumar is employed.

They have been remanded in custody.

The four were arrested by a team from the Criminal Investigations Department last week.

They allegedly facilitated the export of more than 30 parcels of cocaine weighing close to 40kg between December last year to October this year.
